Gee, I didn’t know whether to swallow it or not, but really needed to feel the acid strip the lining of my stomach!

Brilliant! Thank you for the heads up- To quote Monty Python,” This is not a wine for drinking, this is a wine for laying down and avoiding.”

It sure was like that, New Zealand should never make wine like this.

I stumbled upon your site and immediately recognised its imitation of winelibrarytv. But furthermore you seem to be a poor celebrator of NZ wine – not a wine expert, but more an exercise in self-promotion. Where would NZ wine industry be without Monkey Bay? Rather annoyed you cannot comment on this wine beyond describing it as undrinkable – how is an undrinkable wine our biggest export? and why did Wine Spectator score the 2008 86 points? I know your point (and don’t drink MB myself, nor would I recommend it) but please try and grow some credibility mate! you’re embarrassing New Zealand here!

Hi Martin
I am sorry that you feel this way and I can understand your point of view totally. Just a TV series are filmed from country to country I have used Gary’s idea for Wine Vault TV and he is even going to appear in April. How about coming on the show and tasting wine that you feel represents NZ.
I would like to feel that I am independent, and like I say “it’s only my palate”. There are plenty of other Sauvignon Blancs out there that I feel are much better than Monkey Bay and I feel I do them justice in saying so.
Once again, I am sorry you don’t like what I am doing. Yours sincerely
Jayson

Thank you for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbour were preparing to do some research about that. We got a good book on that matter from our local library and most books where not as influensive as your information.

Hello, my group is just establishing our first website, searching and working out what is needed. This blog stuck out right away. I’m fired up about this, and adore the design of your site. Are you able to let me know what “theme” it is?

Some time before, I really needed to buy a building for my organization but I didn’t have enough money and could not purchase anything. Thank God my mate suggested to try to take the loans from reliable bank. Thus, I acted so and used to be happy with my short term loan.
